What SafeAIData Guard does

SafeAIData Guard is an enterprise browser extension that helps organizations reduce sensitive data leakage to AI tools. It can warn or block actions based on tenant policy (for example keyword patterns or blocking file uploads), and it reports security events to the organization’s SafeAIData tenant.

Data processed by the extension

The extension evaluates content locally to apply policy rules. Depending on tenant configuration, the extension may send security events to the SafeAIData backend.

• Device identifier (randomly generated) used for enrollment and seat management.
• Security events (e.g., WARN/BLOCK/HEARTBEAT) with metadata like timestamp and provider hostname.
• Policy configuration retrieved from the tenant (enabled providers, keyword lists, toggles).

The extension is intended for enterprise deployments and is configured by tenant admins. Exact data fields depend on tenant policy.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use collected data for advertising.
• We do not collect browsing history for tracking purposes outside of policy enforcement.
